Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm upon arrival and departure
• Efficiently manage transactions using the cash register
• Balance cash register at the end of each shift
• Scan goods accurately and ensure correct pricing
• Accept payments via cash, credit, or check
• Provide change and receipts with a friendly smile
• Issue coupons, vouchers, and gift cards
• Process returns and resolve customer complaints
• Bag and wrap items securely for customers
• Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate

Key Requirements

• Experience with POS systems and cash registers is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly demeanor and strong team player attitude
