• Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Workdays: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Days Off: Tuesday and Thursday

POSITION OVERVIEW

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-service-oriented Information Booth Attendant to assist travelers with navigating the airport. This position serves as a welcoming point of contact, providing directions, answering general questions, and ensuring travelers have a positive airport experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet travelers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist passengers with directions to terminals, restrooms, baggage claim, and other airport facilities.
• Answer general questions regarding airport locations and available services.
• Help travelers navigate the airport efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the information booth.
• Refer travelers to appropriate airport personnel when additional assistance is needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or greeter experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to assist travelers from diverse backgrounds.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be available to work weekends and the assigned schedule.
