About the Role

Chick-fil-A Dubuque is looking for a passionate, organized, and relationship-driven Catering Director to lead and grow our catering business. This role is responsible for creating exceptional catering experiences, developing relationships within the community, generating new business leads, and ensuring every catering order reflects Chick-fil-A's commitment to quality, hospitality, and service. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who enjoys connecting with people, building partnerships, and creating memorable experiences for guests and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant's catering program and own the strategy and systems within it to increase sales and profitability
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations such as schools, businesses, churches, and other potential leads
• Proactively identify and pursue new catering opportunities through phone calls, emails, visits, networking events, and community engagement.
• Coordinate catering orders from initial inquiry through execution, delivery, and completion according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Work side by side with the restaurant leadership and team members to ensure catering orders are executed successfully.
• Maintain accurate records of catering leads, sales, customer relationships, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor catering sales and performance and develop plans to achieve established goals.
• Demonstrate and promote Chick-fil-A's Core Values and commitment to serving others.
• Working on the floor alongside the team as needed

• 5 Year Leadership experience or Bachelors preferred.
• Sales, marketing, hospitality, restaurant, or catering experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, flexible, and willing to support restaurant operations when needed.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and represent the Chick-fil-A brand with professionalism.
• Someone who is Caring, Compassionate, and seeks to understand!
