Key Responsibilities:
Catering Operations Management
- Lead all daily catering operations with a focus on efficiency and exceptional service.
- Drive catering sales through proactive strategies and performance tracking.
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries with attention to food quality and presentation.
- Manage and monitor catering budgets, costs, and inventory.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage catering for corporate functions, weddings, schools, and community events.
- Work closely with clients to tailor menus and logistics to their specific needs.
- Oversee on-site event execution, including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with restaurant operations.
Sales & Marketing
- Create and implement local marketing strategies to expand catering visibility and sales.
- Build strong community and business relationships to generate new catering leads.
- Actively network with schools, organizations, and businesses to secure future bookings.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for catering clients, from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and effective communication to ensure high satisfaction.
- Handle concerns or challenges with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all catering practices comply with health regulations and brand standards.
- Maintain a well-organized inventory of catering equipment and supplies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure cleanliness, food safety, and readiness for events.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, or event management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to grow sales and manage high-level client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence and service.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
