Position Summary:

The Catering Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering services-from building client relationships and managing logistics to ensuring top-notch food quality and customer satisfaction. This role combines operational excellence, customer service, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage all catering sales, from initial inquiry to event execution
• Cultivate relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations
• Coordinate delivery schedules, staffing, and setup to ensure seamless catering execution
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of high-quality food
• Ensure all catering orders meet Chick-fil-A's standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet growth and revenue goals
• Represent Chick-fil-A in the community with professionalism and care
• Manage catering inventory, supplies, and costs within budget

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or food service management (2+ years preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends
