Cath Lab Registered Nurse - Contract

Title: Registered Nurse - Cath Lab 
Duration: 13 weeks
Address: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Schedule: Day Shift  3*12s  36hours/week

• Hours: Prefer 36 HPW; 4x10s or 3x12s.

• Shift: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 7:00 AM–7:30 PM.

• Schedule: Weekends, holidays, on-call/callback, and charge duties per unit needs.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years Cath Lab experience; critical care or cardiac experience required.

• Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required; moderate sedation training required.

• Skills: Dysrhythmia and telemetry required.

• Must-Have Procedures/Experience:

  • TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman.

  • Right/left heart hemodynamics, cardiac interventions, CTO, PCI, pericardiocentesis, and vascular interventions.

  • RotoPro, LVAD, AngioVac, and FlowTriever.

  • Mechanical circulatory support: ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo, and LVAD.

  • Structural heart procedures: TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, valvuloplasty, and ASA.

• Preferred: Cardiovascular certification or RCES, EP Lab experience, and familiarity with device/ablation procedures and equipment.

• Patient Population: Adult and pediatric cardiac patients in inpatient and outpatient procedural labs, including Cath Lab and EP Lab settings.
