What You'll Do

As a Team Leader RN in the Cath Lab, you'll combine hands-on patient care with frontline leadership responsibilities. You'll work alongside an expert team providing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures while helping coordinate daily operations and supporting staff success.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and support a team of highly skilled nurses and cardiovascular professionals
• Coordinate daily workflow to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff
• Partner with leadership to drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, coaching, and team development
• Promote a collaborative, positive, and accountable team culture
• Ensure compliance with evidence-based nursing standards and best practices
• Participate in department performance improvement and shared governance activities
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care throughout the procedural experience

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure
• Previous acute care nursing experience required
• Cath Lab, Critical Care, Emergency Department, or procedural nursing experience preferred
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and team development
