What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cath lab, interventional radiology, or cardiology setting (First-timers not accepted)
- Technical proficiency with equipment such as Siemens and Philips C-arms, Acist injector, Medrad power injector, Rotopro, Diamondback, IVUS, OCT, Shock wave, and more
- Ability to circulate and provide conscious sedation during procedures
- Certification in ACLS, BCLS, and either ARRT or RCIS specialty certifications accepted
- Strong understanding of cardiac procedures like LHC, RHC, balloon pumps, pacing, and STEMI calls
- Experience with IR procedures such as venous access, drains placement, GI tube insertion, and managing internal bleeds
- Flexibility to call in at least 2 days per week and every third weekend
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced equipment such as Rampart, Pneumbra, Inari devices
- Additional certifications or training in specialized interventional techniques
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in high-pressure environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or equivalent
- At least 1 year of hands-on cath lab or interventional radiology experience in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work the day shift (4x10-hour days from 06:45 to 17:15)
- Valid licensure and certifications as listed
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Travel or additional reimbursements applicable when required
