Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: **Required Experience and Skills:** - Minimum 2 Years Experience - Trauma Level I Experience: Required - Proficient in both peripheral vascular IR and neuro vascular IR - Technologist needs to be able to scrub both peripheral and neuro cases; Stents, Angioplasty, Angiograms, Nephogram, Peripherals, Drainages, Upper and Lower Extremity, Abd and Pelvic, Vascular Studies, Venous Access, Neurological Studies - Skills: Angioplasty, Aortography, Carotid Angiography, Carotid Stenting, Dialysis Graft interventions, Embolization, Endograft placement, Endovascular Interventions, EVAR, Hybrid OR, Interventional Radiology, Mesenteric Angiogram, Pacemaker Insertion, PACS, Pelvic angiography, Philips, Renal Angiography, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Selective visceral angiography, Siemens, Stent placement, TEVAR, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Contrast, C-Arm **Licensure and Certification:** - BLS and ARRT - ARRT R, IN license must be in hand prior to start date **Preferred Equipment Proficiency:** - Siemens single plane (Pheno and Zeego) - GE Elite portable C-arm - Preferred: IVUS, Penumbra, MedRad Power Injector, Shockwave, AngioJet, CSI Diamondback, Ultrasound, Philips Laser **Other Requirements:** - Charting System Experience: Required (Cerner) - Travelers University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation - 2 supervisor references required - Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates must be flexible to work during 2 out of 3 major holidays.
