Join Our Team as a Cath Lab Tech Radiology / Cardiology
Are you a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologist passionate about advanced cardiac procedures? We are seeking a dedicated Cath Lab Tech with expertise in radiology and cardiology to deliver exceptional patient care and support complex structural heart interventions. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting
- Structural heart scrub experience (TAVR, MitraClip, CTO, Watchman procedures within the past 6 months)
- Proficiency in scrubbing, monitoring, PA lines, and telemetry
- Experience with balloon angioplasty, PCI, stent placement, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, and heart catheterization
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; RCIS or ARRT certification preferred
- Ability to circulate, start IVs, and perform conscious sedation
- Knowledge of complex procedures such as septal closure, ablations, coil embolization, and filter placement
- Rhythm interpretation and EKG settings expertise
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Watchman procedures, Septal Closure, and Ablations
- Skills in coil embolization and filter placement
- Additional certifications or training in advanced cardiac procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Certified Radiologic or Cardiovascular Professional (RCIS/ARRT)
- At least 2 years of recent cath lab experience, with a focus on structural heart interventions
- First-time travelers considered; locals encouraged to apply
Other Requirements:
- Must have structural heart scrub experience
- Availability for day shifts, Monday through Friday, 10 hours per day (07:00 - 17:30)
- Flexibility to work callbacks and weekends as scheduled
- Capable of floating to related units if needed, primarily to electrophysiology (EP)
- Willingness to start on scheduled date of 05/13/2026, fully available for orientation and potential schedule adjustments
- Reliable transportation and adherence to all hospital policies
Hourly Pay Rate: $63.77
