Cath Lab Technician

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Cath Lab Technicians to join our professional network. Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining processes, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring safety.
• Operate and maintainCath Lab equipment, including fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, responding promptly to emergencies.
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Accurately document procedures, patient data, and equipment use.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to provide optimal patient care.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or certificate in cardiovascular technology, radiology, or related field.
• RCIS (RegisteredCardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or ARRT certification preferred.
• State license as required.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and interventional procedures.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
