Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Catholic religious education and community support activities
Prepare liturgical materials and Eucharistic elements for Mass services
Develop monthly calendars and weekly bulletins
Maintain Catholic community registration and sacramental records (AMS portal)
Support event coordination, publicity, and facility reservations
Track attendance and assist with quarterly AMS reports
Attend required meetings with chaplaincy leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (ministry-related preferred)
Catechetical Certification from AMS (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a military chapel or Catholic religious education setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication skills
