Description
As a CBRF Caregiver you will providesupport and aide to residents including but not limited to; daily ADL's, hygiene, meals, cleaning, activities and social and emotional support based on each resident's specific needs while they are residents of our assisted living and group homes.
Responsibilities:
Help residents with daily living, including using the toilet, bathing, washing, dressing, laundry, cleaning, cooking, and serving food
Provide physical assistance to residents who have limited mobility by helping them walk or transporting them in wheelchairs
Help residents maintain independence, promote dignity and physical safety
Engage residents in life enrichment activities
Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to; answering phones, greeting visitors and completing documents of care
Be reliable and dependable, including but not limited to, attendance and punctuality
Make decisions independent of supervisors as they relate to residents' safety and health
Be kind and courteous when interacting with everyone
Position Requirements:
Minimum 18 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Possess CBRF certifications verifiable through the Wisconsin Training Registry including, Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid & Choking, Medication Administration & Management OR a valid CNA license
Able to communicate effectively using verbal and written English language skills
Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
