Qualifications

• Must be a current Bethel Student. Cannot be PSEO.
• Must have own transportation.
• Understanding of race, gender, and economic oppression;
• ability to use a justice framework;
• ability to relate to a highly diverse environment and clientele;
• excellent communication skills; organization; attention to detail;
• ability to collaborate across complexity and diversity;
• working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
