• Must be a current Bethel Student. Cannot be PSEO.
• Must have own transportation.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups;
• punctuality and reliability;
• ability to work independently or with little supervision;
• eagerness to learn new tutoring strategies;
• ability to balance patience and empathy while holding high expectations
