Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Delivery Management, with a particular eCLIENT on Quadient (or) GMC Inspire, .Net, and UX Design. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery management process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize Quadient (or) GMC Inspire to design and implement effective delivery strategies.
• Oversee the development and integration of .Net applications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Apply UX Design principles to enhance user experience and satisfaction in delivered solutions.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Quadient (or) GMC Inspire is a deal breaker for this role.
• Strong knowledge of .Net development frameworks.
• Experience in UX Design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with a focus on delivery and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies.
• Understanding of industry trends and best practices in delivery management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects successfully.
