Packer (Manufacturing) – 12 Hour ShiftsPay: $16.50 – $17.00 per hourPenmac Staffing is hiring for
Packer positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who are comfortable working with production equipment and meeting daily goals.
Requirements for the Packer- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in extreme heat, noise, and fumes
- Willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to safety, attendance, and detail
Packer Responsibilities- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Follow production standards and maintain a steady work pace
- Perform general housekeeping to keep work areas clean and organized
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Work Environment for the Packer- Manufacturing setting with moving equipment, sharp edges, and tight spaces
- Frequent standing, kneeling, reaching overhead, and repetitive motions
- Fast-paced and physically demanding conditions
