Job Description
SentraCam is looking to add Video Surveillance Operators to its growing team in Tempe, AZ. We are looking for full-time employees able to work the Swing or Grave shift. A successful candidate will have prior experience in customer service, CCTV monitoring, security, loss prevention, and/or related law enforcement field. Applicants must be able to remain alert while watching multiple camera screens and looking for any suspicious activity.
Requirements
The following skills are required:
Ability to follow oral and written procedures and instructions
Both verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365
Must be able to multitask in high-stress situations
Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check
