This CDL-A truck driver position is designed for drivers who want consistent miles, dependable scheduling, and a predictable weekly routine.
Dispatch works to plan loads in advance, helping reduce downtime between runs while keeping drivers moving consistently throughout the week with clear communication on load timing, route expectations, and available support.
Compensation and Time Off:
Weekly pay averaging $1,450 to $1,625
6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility
Equipment and Benefits:
Late-model Peterbilt 579s with SiriusXM, inverter, TV mount, refrigerator, and Espar bunk heater
Health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays
Additional pay for stops, detention, layover, breakdowns, and clean inspections

You'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks so your paycheck stays steady while you get familiar with lanes and operations.
Getting Started:
Orientation covers what you need to know. Hotel, travel, and meals are covered, and you'll leave with your assigned truck and first dispatch ready.
Requirements:
A valid CDL-A license
At least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience
