If you are looking to step away from long-haul OTR runs that keep you on the road for weeks at a time, we have open seats on a dedicated grocery fleet hauling refrigerated trailers. This run gets you home frequently throughout the week while offering a highly reliable, consistent lane.

Pay & Benefits

• Average Weekly Earnings: Most drivers on this run gross between $1,200 and $1,300 every week.

• Pay Structure: Earn a flat rate per load + $10.00 for every stop + $0.11 per mile driven.

• Performance Incentives: You are eligible for the carrier's driver performance bonus program.

Route, Schedule & Home Time

Home Time: Home every other day (weekly layovers are required, with a 34-hour restart at home). You will likely get two consecutive days off during the middle of the week. 

Shift & Hours: Dedicated night shift. Dispatch start times range from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with most driving occurring overnight from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

The Route: Run regional loops across Central Florida's major cities, stretching into Georgia and South Carolina.

Weekly volume averages 1,600 to 2,400 miles. 

The Freight: Deliver to Sam's Clubs, Supercenters, and neighborhood markets. This is a no-touch account, though you must wait through live unloads at each store dock. 

The Routine: Weekend work is a must, and holiday dispatch is mandatory. Slip-seating daycabs is strictly required on this account.

• Hiring Radius: Must live within 35 miles of Zip Code 32926.

• Experience Tiers:
  • Trainees: Completely welcome! We accept entry-level drivers who hold a fresh, valid Class A CDL.

  • Experienced: Experienced drivers must meet our standard tractor-trailer guidelines (1 year of experience is preferred on this account).

  • Note: Team operations are closed on this specific account—solo drivers only.

• Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and a current DOT Medical Card. No specialized endorsements are required.

• Owner-Operators: Position is strictly company driver only; owner-operators are not accepted.

• Screening: Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen and driving record check.
