On the road

Regional freight that runs out of Ohio and comes back to Ohio. Drop and hook, preloads and some live loads and unloads. You have a dedicated planner who knows your area. Day, night and rotating dispatches. Cold weather comes with the region.

What new drivers ask us

• “Will I be gone for weeks?” No. Runs stay close to home and you reset at home on the weekend.
• “What happens to my pay when training ends?” For your first 3 months solo, it will not drop below $1,000 a week.
• “Does my CDL school count?” If it was 120 hours or more, yes.

How you get started

• A recruiter calls you and goes over your license and record first.
• Orientation, up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus ticket reimbursed, $300 once hired.
• 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor, paid $850 a week.
• Then your own assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average.

Who can apply

• Class A CDL, 21 or older
• 120 hour CDL school certificate, or 6 months of recent experience
