We're looking for experienced flatbed drivers ready to tackle our cross-country route from Ohio to Utah. This high-mileage opportunity offers excellent pay and the chance to see America's heartland.
Route Specifics:- Primary: Columbiana, OH to West Jordan, UT- Backhaul: Chicago, IL to Fremont, OH- Miles: 2,000-2,500 weekly average- Stops: 2.5 per week average
Schedule:- 10-12 day runs- Option for back-to-back runs or 34-hour home reset every other week- Potential local OH deliveries between long-haul trips
Compensation Package:- Mileage Pay: $0.75 per mile- Weekly Earnings: $1,825 - $2,015- Estimated Annual: $95,000 - $105,000- Long-haul Bonus: $325 per 10-day Utah trip- Sign-on Bonus: $500- Referral Bonus: $3,000
Additional Pay:- Stop Pay: $50 per stop- Delay Pay: $25 per hour- Tarping Pay: $25 per instance
Equipment:- 2020-2023 Freightliner or Kenworth- Automatic transmission- Step deck flatbed trailers
Freight:New propane tanks, caps, and steel plates (tarping required for steel)
Requirements:- Valid Class A CDL- 6 months flatbed experience- Winter driving proficiency- Physical ability to assist with unloading and secure loads
