Drivers operate assigned, newer equipment on a mix of live unload and drop‑and‑hook routes on a growing dedicated lane.
Compensation and benefits
- Average weekly pay: $1,450–$1,581 (varies by route mix and account growth)

Primary responsibilities

- Perform accurate pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks
- Maintain driver logs, paperwork, and DOT compliance
- Communicate professionally and clearly with dispatch and store personnel
Minimum qualifications
