We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL-A truck driver for a dedicated freight route. This trainee-level position offers the rare opportunity to be home every day while earning competitive pay and gaining valuable experience in the trucking industry.
Schedule & Route Details
Home Time: Daily - Be home every night!
Shift: Night shift
Work Week: 5 days (Thursday-Monday OR Friday-Tuesday)
Lane: 2 dedicated runs per day
Weekly Mileage: 2,200 miles
Hiring Cities: Arcadia, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Englewood and NorthPort

Compensation & Benefits
Average Weekly Pay: $1,300
Estimated Annual Income: $67,600+
Short Haul Bonus: $30 for loads under 90 miles
Freight Type: Dedicated routes (consistent customers and lanes)
Requirements
Must Have:
Valid CDL-A license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
Willingness to work night shift hours
Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
Preferred:
Recent CDL school graduate or equivalent training
Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual work ethic

What You'll Do
Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently on dedicated routes
Complete 2 runs per day during night shift hours
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate logs and documentation
Deliver freight on time while maintaining excellent customer service
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
