American Tank Lines is looking for experienced CDL-A Owner-Operators to join our growing liquid bulk tanker fleet.
We offer consistent, year-round freight, primarily Southern routes, and a straightforward partnership with a family-owned trucking company. We provide the tanker trailer and cover its maintenance and tires, allowing you to focus on operating your truck and earning revenue.
Compensation & Earnings:
- $250,000–$350,000 Annual Gross Revenue Potential.
- Competitive percentage-based compensation.

Routes & Home Time:
- Primarily Southern Routes — Florida to Texas.
- No NYC or Canada routes.
- No regular northern winter routes.
- Flexible home time.
- Typically 2–3 weeks out.
- Consistent freight with established customers.
What You'll Haul:
We specialize in non-hazardous liquid bulk freight, including:
- Used cooking oil.
- Molasses.
- Glycerin.
- Other non-hazardous liquid bulk products.
Loads may require hoses, pumping equipment, and driver-assisted loading or unloading.
No HAZMAT endorsement required.
Owner-Operator Requirements:
- Own a reliable, road-ready Class 8 tractor.
- Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.
- Minimum 5 years of CDL driving experience
- Tanker or liquid bulk hauling experience required.
- Current TWIC card.
- Minimum age of 25.
- Willing to stay out 2–3 weeks at a time.
- No preventable accidents within the past 5 years.
- No moving violations within the past 3 years.
- Must meet ATL insurance and DOT requirements.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb tanker ladders.
- Live within a reasonable driving distance of Leesburg, Florida.
