We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated regional dry van fleet based in Ardmore, Oklahoma. This position offers consistent freight, weekly home time, competitive CPM pay, and a $6,000 sign-on bonus for eligible drivers.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Earnings:$1,400–$1,500
• Mileage Pay:$0.63 CPM
• Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,500 miles
• Stop Pay:$25 per stop
• Detention Pay:$30 per hour after the second hour
• Weekly direct deposit

$6,000 Sign-On Bonus

Eligible drivers can receive a $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid in 12 monthly installments of $500, subject to eligibility requirements.

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Weekly with a 34-hour reset

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Haul dedicated dry van freight on regional routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Complete electronic logs and DOT paperwork
• Deliver freight safely and on time
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong safety record

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience
• Must live within 50 miles of Ardmore, OK
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical
• Clean driving record
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years
• No more than 2 preventable accidents within the past 3 years
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
