PAY• $1.89 All-In Pay — CPM + accessorial pay• $1,600–$1,850 Average Weekly Pay• Up to $104,000 annually• Top performers: $2,500+ per week• $240 per fully unloaded trailer• $75 per backhaul• $250 for NYC borough deliveries with 26' pup trailers

CPM Based on Experience:• 0–11 months: $0.73 CPM• 1–2 years: $0.74 CPM• 2–3 years: $0.75 CPM• 3+ years: $0.76 CPM

HOME TIME• Drivers living in the Windsor, CT area can get home daily after their load for their 10-hour break, based on customer needs.• Otherwise, weekly home time for a 34-hour reset• Weekend home time is not guaranteed

JOB DETAILS• 100% touch freight• Live unload at Dollar Tree stores — box-by-box using rollers• Delivery area: CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI & ME

REQUIREMENTS• CDL-A• Strong customer service skills• Patience and ability to handle touch freight• Secure parking required for truck & trailer• Drivers may park at authorized Dollar Tree store locations or distribution centers
