We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based out of Odessa, TX serving the Deming, NM area. This is a consistent, active role with strong weekly pay and reliable home time.
Position Details:
- Location: Deming, NM / Odessa, TX
- Job Type: Regional – Dedicated Account
- Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)
- Schedule: Varies based on freight
Pay & Compensation:
- Average: $1,500 per week
- CPM + load pay structure
- Safe & On-Time Bonus: up to 3% of mileage pay
- Paid for every unload
Miles & Freight:
- Average: ~2,000 miles per week
- 2–3 loads per week
- 2–6 stops per load
- Dry freight
Delivery Area:
- Eastern Texas
- New Mexico
- Arizona
- Southern Nevada
- Southern Utah
- Southern Colorado
Job Duties:
- Deliver freight to retail store locations
- Hand unload trailers using gravity rollers
- Multi-stop deliveries
- Active, physical role
Equipment:
- Automatic sleeper trucks
- 53' dry van trailers
- Trucks can be taken home (must be parked in secure, approved location)
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet DOT and safety requirements
- Must be able to handle physical unloading
