XBL Driver Benefits

• Weekly Pay: Average $1,400–$1,500
• Flat Rate Load Pay: $240–$320 per load
• Annual Earnings: $70,000–$80,000
• Schedule: Speak with a recruiter for availability
• Shifts: 10–12 hours; delivery times vary
• Deliveries: 1 drop & hook load per day
• Equipment: Day cabs & 42' pneumatic tanks

Position Overview

This is a loader position operating out of the 3M plant. You’ll load 3–4 trailers per shift, with delivery routes ranging from 120–300 miles.

Driver Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years old
• Valid Class A CDL (no endorsements required)
• Minimum 12 months of recent CDL-A driving experience
• Must meet all FMCSA driver qualifications
