Hire Sync is hiring an experienced CDL B Driver for a well-established building supply company in Cleveland, OH! This is a hands-on position that combines driving, deliveries, and warehouse responsibilities. We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused driver who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help get the job done.

This is not a driving-only position. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical labor, including loading and unloading roofing shingles at job sites and assisting with warehouse operations.

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate a CDL B truck to deliver building materials to customers and job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload roofing shingles and other building supplies.
• Assist with warehouse duties, including pulling orders, organizing inventory, and preparing deliveries.
• Verify delivery orders to ensure accurate products and quantities.
• Communicate with customers and management regarding deliveries, schedules, and potential delays.
• Complete required delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
• Work overtime as needed during the busy season.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL B).
• Previous commercial driving experience.
• Experience delivering building materials or roofing supplies is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding work, including loading and unloading shingles.
• Comfortable assisting with warehouse operations when not making deliveries.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and customer service.
• Ability to navigate delivery routes using GPS.
• Dependable attendance, strong time management, and a positive work ethic.
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
