Aaron’s Towing, part of Valor Fleet Services, has proudly served Northern Virginia for over 30 years. With a fleet of 300+ vehicles, modern equipment, and a reputation built on safety and professionalism, we’re growing—and looking for experienced CDL drivers to join our team.
Safely operate Kenworth truck tractors with:
Landoll trailers
Lowboy trailers
Tandem axle rollbacks
Transport heavy equipment, machinery, and oversized loads
Load, unload, and secure equipment using proper tie-down procedures
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Represent the company professionally in the field
CDL Class A License (Required)
2+ years of professional CDL Class A driving experience
Clean driving record (MVR)
Experience operating truck & trailer combinations
Ability to load, secure, and transport equipment safely
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices
Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
Landoll, lowboy, or heavy equipment transport experience
Dump trailer / stone hauling experience
Oversized load and permit knowledge
Forklift or heavy equipment operation experience
