Pay & Bonuses:
- Average weekly pay of $720 - $864 with opportunity to earn more with additional routes!
- Up to $5,000 annual opportunity in monthly and quarterly performance bonuses!
Schedule:
- Drivers home daily
- Local and regional routes
- 4 or 5 -day work week, additional routes/days available if interested!
- Early morning start times (typically 1:00 am - 4:00 am)
- 9 - 12 hour days
What You'll Do:
- Move trailers between warehouses, distribution centers, customer locations, and drop yards.
- Drop off one trailer and hook up to another, often without waiting for loading or unloading.
- Inspect the truck and trailer before and after trips.
- Connect air lines and electrical cords, check the fifth-wheel connection, and raise or lower landing gear.
- Back trailers into dock doors and designated parking spots.
- Check trailer numbers, seals, and shipping paperwork.
- Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and yard personnel.
- Report damage, equipment problems, and delays.
- Follow traffic rules, yard safety procedures, and applicable driving-hour requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Class A CDL License with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- 1 to 2 years of CDL driving experience, preferred.
- Strong work ethic
- Safety-first mindset
