Responsibilities
WALK-IN INTERVIEWS:When: Wednesday''s from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM MSTWhere: 1790 S 5200 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84104What to bring: Medical Card & Class A Driver License
- Annual salary: $95,000-$120,000 - ($2,000/week)
- Hours: 50-55 hours/week with overtime after 8 hours
- Routes: Team Routes
- Average stops per day: 3 - no ramps, lift gate/cart deliveries only
- Starting pay: $32.60/hr with pay increase after 90 days
- Weekly pay and excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision)
- Schedule: 4 Days On - 3 Days Off ( Wednesday & Weekends Off)
Position responsibilities:
The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.
The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
The CDL Class A Driver will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Have at least 1 plus year CDL Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
- Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
