About the Position

TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL Class A Flatbed Driver for a dedicated local route in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position offers consistent Monday-through-Friday work, home daily, and light-touch freight handling.

Pay & Schedule

  • $25.50 per hour
  • Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM start, 8+ hours per day
  • Local dedicated route to warehouses and customers in NC/SC/GA/VA/TN
  • Home daily

Job Details

  • Route type: Dedicated local
  • Equipment: Flatbed with Moffett
  • Transmission: Automatic
  • Freight: Mainly bags of fertilizer & seasonal items 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a CDL Class A flatbed truck on a dedicated local route.
  • Complete scheduled Monday-through-Friday deliveries.
  • Safely operate automatic-transmission equipment.
  • Handle freight using a light-touch approach.
  • Follow all applicable safety and transportation regulations.
  • Return home at the end of each workday.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
