Job Overview
Andrew Distribution Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A driver for regional delivery routes originating from our Houston location.
Routes may include Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Baton Rouge, and surrounding areas. Drivers operate a semi-truck with a 53-foot trailer. This is not an over-the-road position.
The shift normally begins at approximately 7:00 PM and ends around 3:00 AM. Starting and ending times may vary depending on the assigned route.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class A semi-truck with a 53-foot trailer.
- Complete assigned routes safely and on schedule.
- Deliver freight to warehouses and other designated locations.
- Load and unload trucks when required.
- Move pallets using an electric pallet jack.
- Assist with occasional warehouse duties.
- Complete required vehicle inspections and paperwork.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A driver’s license.
- Current DOT medical card.
- Clean and acceptable driving record.
- Experience operating a semi-truck with a 53-foot trailer.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Dependable, professional, and safety-conscious.
- Willing to assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse duties when needed.
- Must be comfortable working evenings and overnight hours.
