American Tank Lines is hiring experienced OTR CDL-A drivers for our liquid bulk tanker fleet. We offer competitive earning potential, consistent year-round freight, primarily Southern routes, flexible home time, and assigned late-model Freightliner trucks.

Pay & Earnings:
- $0.65 CPM Starting Base Pay.
- Additional Earnings Equivalent to $0.10–$0.15 CPM from tank washes, layovers, 34-hour restarts, and pump-offs.
- Up to $0.80 Effective CPM, including additional compensation.
- 2,500-Mile Weekly Minimum.
- $2,000+ Weekly Earning Potential.
- Percentage-of-load pay on shorter hauls.
- Weekly direct deposit.
- Paid orientation and training.
Flexible Home Time:
Choose a schedule that works for you:
- 10–14 days out: Up to 3 days home.
- 21 days out: 5 days home.
- 28 days out: 7 days home.
Routes, Equipment & Driver Comfort:
- Primarily Southern Routes — Florida to Texas.
- No NYC or Canada routes.
- No regular northern winter routes.
- Consistent year-round freight with repeat customer lanes.
- Late-model Freightliner mid-roof sleeper trucks.
- Assigned trucks — no slip seating.
- Refrigerators and power inverters.
- Well-maintained equipment.

What You'll Haul:
We specialize in non-hazardous liquid bulk transportation, including:
- Used cooking oil.
- Molasses.
- Glycerin.
- Other non-hazardous liquid bulk products.
Drivers may connect hoses, operate tanker equipment, and assist with loading or unloading depending on the customer and location.
No HAZMAT endorsement required. No previous tanker experience required — we provide training!
Driver Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum 3 years of CDL-A driving experience.
- Minimum age of 30.
- Ability to operate manual or automatic trucks as assigned.
- Ability to obtain a TWIC card after hiring.
- Safe driving record and ability to meet DOT qualification requirements.
