Home on Fridays
Overnight 1-2 nights at a time
Occasionally 3 nights but not often
Depart Sunday about once every 2 months (rotation)
No out-of-pocket expenses- per diem, fuel card, and EZPass
Sleep in hotels
Must be okay with assisting in unloading truck as needed.
Job Responsibilities
Drives truck to destination.
Distributes receipts for load picked up.
Occasionally collects payment for goods delivered and for delivery charges.
Maintain truck log, according to state and federal regulations.
Contact customers to advise delivery times.
Unload truck.
Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.
Skills You Bring:
Current and active Class A or B Driver’s license with good driving record
must pass Driver's Testing
Must pass DOT Physical / Drug Testing.
Previous pre/post trip inspections preferred
Delivery driving experience preferred
Proficient in reading and writing English
Capable of working in a physically demanding work environment which includes bending; stretching; pushing, pulling, and lifting a MIN of 75 LBS
