THE JOB
A leading airline catering and aviation logistics provider is hiring CDL Drivers to support domestic and international flights at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Drivers transport catering equipment, meals and beverage carts directly to aircraft.

What you’ll do:

• Safely operate commercial catering vehicles, including 16' and 20' high-lift trucks, on airport property

• Transport and load catering equipment, meals and beverage carts onto aircraft

• Unload and remove equipment from arriving flights

• Dispose of international waste in line with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations

• Coordinate with airline crews to support on-time departures

• Follow all DOT, TSA, airport and company safety regulations

• Maintain professionalism with airline personnel and vendors

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL Class A or B license required

• Minimum 6 months of CDL driving experience on U.S. roads (1 year preferred)

• Must have documents that qualify for U.S. Customs airport clearance, such as a U.S. Passport, Passport Card, Washington Enhanced Driver’s License, Certificate of Naturalization, or Permanent Resident Card

• Ability to speak, read and understand English

• Open availability required, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays

• Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move throughout 8+ hour shifts

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently and safely handle dry ice

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen

• Must be able to obtain TSA clearance, SIDA airport badging and a U.S. Customs Seal

SCHEDULE

• Full-time hours

• 24/7 operation, with shifts starting as early as 3 AM or as late as 6 PM

• Shift bidding based on union seniority

• Weekends and holidays required

• Overtime available based on scheduling and seniority
