    Description

    DeLallo is seeking reliable, experienced CDL Class-A drivers.

    DeLallo has immediate job openings for dependable CDL Class-A Truck Drivers to efficiently deliver product to customers in a courteous, professional, compliant, safe and timely manner. OTR (home every weekend) opportunities available for experienced drivers. We are a family-owned Italian food company that was started in 1950 in Jeannette PA and has since grown into a well-established specialty foods distributor with a national presence.

    Job Description & Qualifications:

    • Commercial driver's license
    • Minimum of 2 years commercial tractor trailer driving experience
    • Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck in congested areas and backing up to docks
    • Observe all local, state and federal laws
    • Properly track pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment
    • Maintain communication with Dispatch
    • Provide outstanding customer service
    • Complete all necessary paperwork
    • Comply with all applicable Department of Transportation regulations and DeLallo company policies and procedures
    • Unload product safely while maintaining the integrity of the product, utilizing carts, hand trucks, and/or pallet jacks
    • Reliable with great work ethic

    Founded in 1950, the George DeLallo Company is a family-owned manufacturer and distributor of specialty Italian and Mediterranean foods. As pioneers and leaders of the industry, we have expanded from our beginnings in Jeannette, PA, as a roadside Italian marketplace to multiple locations. Our corporate office and distribution center is in Mount Pleasant, PA, where we lead our national sales teams and operate our fleet to service customers. We operate three olive and antipasto production facilities in Mount Pleasant, Penn, PA, and Oroville, CA. In addition, we own and operate our very own olive orchard in Oroville, CA, as well as an industrial bakery in Bridgeville, PA.
