CDL Driver Placement Specialist

Job Description

TCB Logistic Enterprises, LLC is a nationwide third-party recruiting company connecting Class A CDL drivers with trucking companies across the United States. We are expanding our team and seeking motivated, dependable individuals who want to work remotely, help drivers find employment opportunities, and grow their income through successful placements.

As a CDL Driver Placement Specialist, you will work with drivers who have already expressed interest in trucking jobs, help determine their qualifications, match them with suitable carrier opportunities, and guide them through the application and hiring process.

You will receive access to driver leads, recruiting tools, training, and ongoing team support. Cold calling and building your own lead list are not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact drivers who have expressed interest in available trucking positions.
• Review driver qualifications and match candidates with appropriate carriers.
• Explain job requirements, pay, routes, and home-time options.
• Assist drivers with applications and required documentation.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with carrier hiring teams regarding application status and next steps.
• Help schedule orientations and support drivers through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and follow established recruiting procedures.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn recruiting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple applicants in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales, customer service, staffing, or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Independent Contractor Status

This is a 1099 independent contractor position paid exclusively through commissions. There is no guaranteed base salary, hourly wage, or minimum income. Earnings vary according to successful placements and individual performance.

Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes and applicable business expenses. This role does not include employee benefits.
