Piergallini Trucking LLC is looking for a driven and organized CDL Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Cadiz, OH. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily fleet operations to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery
• Monitor driver schedules, routes, and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance
• Communicate with drivers to provide routing updates, load assignments, and support
• Track vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate fleet records including driver logs, inspections, and DOT documentation
• Liaise with customers, shippers, and receivers to confirm load details and resolve issues
• Assist in ensuring compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety policies

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred or strong CDL/trucking industry background
• Prior experience in fleet coordination, dispatching, or transportation logistics
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations, HOS rules, and FMCSA compliance
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with drivers, customers, and management
• Proficiency with fleet management software, TMS platforms, or dispatch tools
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
