Job Description

The CLO Middle Office team shadows CLO portfolios on behalf of the Collateral Manager. The CDO Portfolio Administrator will reconcile daily cash projections and par holdings to Trustee records and will identify, research, and resolve discrepancies. The role requires attention to detail, timely communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cash reconciliation for CLO portfolios.
  • Reconcile par holdings and portfolio collateral values to Trustee records.
  • Investigate and resolve cash, par balance, and collateral value discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Bank Loan Closing team to confirm trades and settlements.
  • Prepare and deliver a daily cash report to the client.
  • Support monthly investor reporting, including cash and par tie-outs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Cash reconciliation experience within loan or structured credit operations.
  • Knowledge of CLO middle-office processes and Trustee reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve data discrepancies with accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

  • Accounting background and experience with cash account reconciliation.
  • Experience with CLO operations and familiarity with CDO Suite.
