    Cell Biologist needs 3+ years experience

    Cell Biologist requires:

    Bachelors degree with 2+ years of work experience in academia or industry.

    iPsc

    Disease models

    Molecular, cell biology

    Assay development in cell lines

    Primary neurons

    Neuroscience background

    AAVs

    Cell culture

    Cell Biologist duties:

    Support cell culture platform work including iPSC-derived cells.

    Perform molecular biology and cell biology assays including DNA/RNA extraction, qRT-PCR, ELISA.

    Help manage in vivo studies conducted with CROs, and with academic collaborators, including shipment coordination and sample inventory management

    Maintain electronic laboratory notebooks, write study reports, and present data to the team

    Critically assess data generated from diverse experimental approaches in cell and molecular biology.
