Cell Culture Associate (Temporary)

Location: Lexington, MASchedule: Up to 16 hours per week, including weekend availabilityEmployment Type: Temporary

Position Overview

We are seeking a temporary Cell Culture Associate to support upstream manufacturing operations in Lexington, MA. This part-time opportunity involves executing manufacturing batch records, supporting cell culture activities, and maintaining laboratory supplies and equipment in accordance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute experimental protocols and manufacturing batch records for cell culture operations, including media preparation, cell expansion, production, and harvest clarification.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure accurate, compliant execution.
• Maintain laboratory suites, supplies, equipment, logbooks, and documentation.
• Document GMP and development activities according to established requirements.
• Provide weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in biological or physical sciences.
• Familiarity with sterile transfer techniques and mammalian cell culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Reliable transportation to Lexington, MA.
