We are seeking an experienced Celonis Lead to drive end-to-end process mining initiatives using the Celonis platform. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can independently lead process mining projects from requirements gathering through deployment and production support. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, source and transform data, design and implement process mining solutions, and identify opportunities for operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Celonis-based process mining solutions.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, integration, and preparation from various source systems.
- Design, develop, and implement process mining use cases within the Celonis platform.
- Conduct in-depth process analysis to uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, deployment, testing, and support of Celonis solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and maintain critical platform expertise.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability and performance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Celonis Process Mining.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end process mining implementations.
- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and source system integrations.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work directly with business users and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving technical issues.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Prior experience as a Team Lead, Solution Architect, or Technical Lead.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise process mining projects.
- Experience driving process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
