Title: Cemetery Services Specialist
Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Weekends as Needed (Must Be Open to Weekend Work)

Overview
We are seeking a Cemetery Services Specialist to support cemetery grounds operations and maintenance. This position requires reliable attendance, a valid driver's license, the ability to operate various tools and equipment, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Candidates must be team-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing physically demanding work.
Job Description
Perform cemetery grounds maintenance and landscaping duties.
Operate hand-held tools and equipment including shovels, picks, rakes, sledgehammers, lawn mowers, weed trimmers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and pumps.
Operate mechanical equipment including dump trucks, tractors, utility vehicles, dump trailers, jackhammers, tampers, and backhoes.
Assist with cemetery service preparation and maintenance activities.
Accurately use measuring devices such as tape measures and yardsticks.
Communicate effectively with coworkers, contractors, and client families.
Follow all safety procedures and workplace policies.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other environmental conditions.
Support general groundskeeping and cemetery operations as assigned.
Required Skills
Valid driver's license (required; no exceptions)
Ability to safely operate hand tools and landscaping equipment
Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery
Mechanical aptitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Understanding of workplace safety and security practices
