Compensation: $12.00–$15.00/hr + commission on notary services
About the Role
The UPS Store in Ruston is hiring a Center Associate who also performs notary services. You'll help customers with shipping, printing, mailbox services, and notarizations in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Do
Deliver excellent customer service across all store operations
Process shipping, packaging, and receiving
Operate printing/copying equipment and fulfill print orders
Perform notarial acts in accordance with Louisiana law
Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
Maintain store appearance, organization, and supply levels
Open and/or close the store as scheduled
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Louisiana Notary Public commission
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills
Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred
