Compensation:$100,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Quarterly Enrollment Bonuses

What You'll Be Doing

As the Center Director, you will own the overall culture, growth, and day-to-day operations of your school:

• Drive Enrollment: Lead local marketing, host tours, follow up with prospective families, and convert inquiries into long-term enrollments.
• Build a World-Class Culture: Recruit, hire, coach, and retain top talent while creating a positive, accountable, and engaging workplace.
• Lead School Operations: Oversee staffing, scheduling, operational budgets, safety, and compliance with state licensing requirements.
• Be the Face of the School: Build strong, lasting relationships with parents and families through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Develop Your Team: Coach and develop staff while creating opportunities for professional growth and long-term retention.
• Own School Performance: Take responsibility for the overall performance of your school, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive meaningful improvements.

Who We Are Looking For

We are specifically looking for experienced leaders with a background working with children, families, or youth-focused organizations. Direct childcare experience is highly valued, while strong leaders from related youth-focused environments will also be considered.

Ideal backgrounds include:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in childcare, early childhood education, youth programs, camps, after-school programs, youth sports, YMCA, or similar organizations.
• Experience managing a team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and taking ownership of business or program performance.
• A proven track record of driving enrollment, membership, participation, sales, or community growth.
• A natural people leader who knows how to inspire teams, coach employees, address performance issues, and build a positive culture.
• Strong operational judgment with excellent attention to safety, compliance, organization, and detail.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, families, and community members.
