The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced ABA leader who is ready to stop building someone else’s company and start building their own.

We are looking to back a driven, entrepreneurial operator to launch and lead a new ABA company from the ground up. The infrastructure is there— and we are looking for the right person to take ownership of the opportunity and run with it.

This is not a traditional CEO job. We are looking for someone who wants to think and operate like an owner, build a company, create a team and culture, drive growth, and ultimately participate in the value they create through equity.

What You'll Do

• Launch and build the ABA organization from the ground up

• Take full ownership of day-to-day operations and company growth

• Build the operational infrastructure, systems, processes, and team

• Recruit and develop strong clinical and operational leadership

• Drive client growth, staffing, service delivery, and expansion

• Build a strong, scalable culture focused on quality and performance

• Work closely with the backing partners while having significant autonomy to lead and execute

• Grow the organization with the mindset of a founder and business owner

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 1+ year of ABA operations leadership experience (REQUIRED)

• Experience at the State Director level or in another senior operational leadership position within ABA

• Strong understanding of how an ABA organization operates

• Entrepreneurial, hungry, ambitious, and highly motivated

• Someone who sees opportunity and knows how to execute

• Comfortable building rather than stepping into an already-established operation

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

• Wants meaningful responsibility, upside, and ownership

• Most importantly, someone who is not looking for their next job — but for the opportunity to build their own company
