This position is contingent upon contract award; we are building a qualified candidate pool now.What You Will DoSelect, in consultation with the Lead Instructional Designer, the instrument appropriate to each program objective and audience (e.g., MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, TKI, EQ-i 2.0, TotalSDI, CliftonStrengths).Administer participant and leadership assessments, manage licenses and access codes, and monitor completion.Interpret results and deliver individual and group debriefs that link findings to the client leadership competencies.Facilitate Individual Development Plan sessions that set specific, time-bound development actions and identify supporting resources.Produce aggregate, non-attributable group profiles to inform program design and End-of-Program Training Reports.Protect assessment data in accordance with publisher requirements and the client personal information protection requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field.Minimum of three (3) years administering and debriefing validated assessment instruments with adult professionals, including group debriefs and development planning.Current publisher certification or qualification for each instrument the practitioner administers.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree preferred.Multiple instrument certifications; ICF credential; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.How You Will Live Our ValuesIntegrity & Trust: Uses each instrument within its publisher's ethical and qualification standards and safeguards every individual result.Credibility: Administers and interprets assessments consistently, so that results can be trusted and compared across cohorts.Caring: Debriefs results in ways that build confidence and direction rather than labels.Work RequirementsSuccessful completion of the client's post-offer background investigation, including work, driving and criminal history, before working at client facilities.Availability for on-site work Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., and travel within Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, Maryland.Adherence to client and CGINTL standards of conduct, ethics, and confidentiality.Must be able to pass government background investigation.
